JIM BONDOWSKI

James (Jim) Bondowski is a proud Wisconsin native with deep roots in his community.

After graduating from Winter High School, Jim followed his fascination with weather to college, where he tirelessly pursued a degree in meteorology. His adventures have taken him from chasing powerful storms across the Midwest to serving his community as a compassionate pastor. Jim is also the founder and moderator for the Wisconsin/Northern Illinois Weather Cafe on Facebook.

Today,  Jim brings his passion, warmth, and infectious enthusiasm to the airwaves as the co-host of Winter Family Radio, where he shares stories, connects with listeners, and brings people together.

RON PETIT

Ron Petit, raised in Winter, earned degrees in biology, chemistry, rehabilitation, and counseling from UW-Eau Claire, UW-Stout, and the University of Iowa. For over fifty years, he has worked as a licensed counselor, helping people in social service organizations, hospitals, universities, private practice, and public schools.

In 2006, Ron returned to Winter to care for his mother.

Wanting to give back to his hometown, he launched a nonprofit to support outdoor recreation in the Winter area and along the Tuscobia State Trail.

He champions his motto, "Stronger Together," and models it as a co-host on Winter Family Radio, where he interviews local leaders and showcases what drives them to make a difference.
